Small Space Field Guide has no user accounts, no newsletter signup, and no forms — so we don't collect names, emails, or other personal details through the site. There is no payment processing anywhere on the site.
You may voluntarily contact us by email. That message is handled by our email provider the way any email service processes and stores mail — we don't operate a contact form or collect message content through the site itself. We keep correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to it.
We don't run analytics, and no affiliate tracking is currently active (see our affiliate disclosure). This site does not intentionally set cookies.
Cloudflare, our hosting provider, processes standard web request data — like IP address — to deliver pages, the way any website host does. That's a normal part of serving a site over the internet, not tracking added by us.
If we add analytics, affiliate tracking, cookies, or any data collection in the future, we'll update this notice first to describe what's collected and why.
